Fitness is the key to a happy-balanced life. 

It doesn’t matter if you prefer Yoga or power lifting, running or ballroom dancing; to   work your body is to know your body. In general, we don’t know our bodies. We know our minds to be our self. We walk through life as a cerebral being, mentally relating to the world and our environment, treating our body as a mere vehicle.

However, the body, like the mind, is capable of infinite possibilities. Physical activity is the access to getting in touch with who we are and what we are capable of. When we know our bodies, we truly know ourselves.

In Zen practice, it is believed that you are always a student; you will always learn, and thus you will always expand your potential. When we utilize this philosophy with our fitness practice, we suddenly join the mind and the body; we have health, we have balance, and we have created infinite possibility for ourselves.
